Artist Sea Dean
Starting young, Sea exhibited and won many prizes before she turned 18. At High School Sea achieved high levels in Art History, Drawing, Painting, Pottery and Sculpture, she then attended Art School, focusing on Jewellery Design, Graphics and Photography.
In the 80’s and 90’s Sea developed a Retail and Wholesale business marketing her designs around the world. Later Sea added digital photography and publishing to her repertoire and wrote the bestseller “Crystal Clear”.
Sea considers herself a world citizen and is often be found soaking up inspiration from traditional art, culture and history somewhere else in the world. Her wide experience influences her use of colour, application and technique. Sea is continually experimenting with new materials and genre and is currently focusing on Acrylic paint. Amazed at the versatility and innovation of Acrylics Sea enjoys sharing her knowledge in relaxed, informative classes and open studio hours.
Aware of the difficulties faced by buyers wishing to invest in Art at this time, Sea keeps her exhibition work small and affordable but bespoke pieces of any size are tackled with enthusiasm.
